I've had ringing in the ears for years......but recently it has progressed to a shrill and much louder ring! Does anyone else have Tinnitus? If you do, what are you doing about it?

My doctor is no help and said there is no cure. I don't want to spend the rest of my life this stupid ringing, so I'm researching everything about it. What I found out is that 12 million Americans suffer from this.

OK, if "they" can send men to the moon.....then why can't "they" find a cure for Tinnitus?

hugs, i get the sometimes, but not all the time, i would imagine it would drive ya bonkers, i didnt know what it was until reading this blog.

so sorry you are going thru this, I did hear if you eliminate caffeine it helps
I hope you get relief from this, I would imagine that ringing would give you a headache

my cousin went to the doctor for ringing ears and they found a big brain tumor

Gee thanks memories! I hope your cousin is OK now.
The doctor seems to think that it's caused from severe allergies and sinus problems. I hope and pray it's not a tumor!
