Is it just me or do you find some buyers to be absolutely insane on eBay?? I bend over backwards to satisfy everyone but there are a few that rant and rave, no matter what you say to them or what you do. Geez.......
pk, I absolutely agree!! I do this full-time and do my best to satisfy everyone but despite my best efforts, it's sometimes not enough. Fortunately 99% of the buyers are just fine but occasionally you do run across a "wing-nut" that can really mess up an otherwise fine day. Often, it's just a misunderstanding but occasionally the customer is just flat wrong and no amount of "chit-chat" makes it better. Anyway, thanks for bringing up a topic that has always been one of my pet peeves as well. It will be interesting to see others' comments as well.
it's the 1% scam artist's looking for somthing for nothing. Offer them a full refund then block them and don't forget to share names with all the hood members.
j7867 received an OBW roll from me that had busted open during shipment and absolutely freaked out! Opened a case on me without even giving me a chance to make it right. He's now blocked and isn't welcome to buy from me anymore. I would suggest all of you in the 'hood be careful with this one!!
Like T$ said. Some people are never happy. Give them a Porche, they'll complain about the color. PK, a good way to ship things and keep them stable is to use a vacuum sealer. It worked for me. Vacuum seal your rolls with a pc of cardboard for stability.
I'll take the high road on this one guys and speak for the great buyers out there, who know what they're buying, pay right away and leave honest feedback for you good sellers.
