What did you get? I got:
1. Avengers: The Initiative #12 (was that the last one?)
2. Daredevil: Blood of the Tarantula (I'm glad they followed up on this story from the annual. it's a good one.)
3. Friday the 13th: Abuser and the Abused #1( I don't know how to feel about this one. On one hand, the artwork is awesome and the story is good but i can't tell what point they were trying to get across. it kind of crosses that line that BMB talked about into too serious and sensitive rather than funny and out of control gory.)
4. Immortal Iron Fist #14 (Was that the last one also?)
5. The New Avengers #40 (it explained a lot but i'm not a big fan of the skrulls.)
6. Teen Titans: Year One #4 (This comic seemed like it'd be getting darker but now it's kind of slapsticky.)
7. Ultimate Human #4 (This was definitely the last one. haha. it was pretty awesome, though.)
8. X-Men: Legacy #210 (confusing but still entertaining.)
Useful Funny
1. ACTION COMICS #864- its always nice when Batman guest-stars, but I really missed artist, Gary Frank
2. DC UNIVERSE ZERO- As a fan who is very familiar with the DC Universe, this didn’t really do much for me. However it’s probably a good idea to give it a read if you’re not familiar with the DCu, and you plan to buy Final Crisis (which I highly recommend).
3. FRIDAY THE 13TH ABUSER AND THE ABUSED #1- yeah… I didn’t even care for the art. This book should always be about obnoxious jerks that deserve their eventual demise at the hands of Jason.
4. JACK OF FABLES #22
5. TEEN TITANS YEAR ONE #4
6. IMMORTAL IRON FIST #14- I’m so bummed. This might be the last issue to feature the book’s current creative team. My opinion- To avoid having The Immortal Iron Fist from become a hollow shell of its current greatness, Marvel should end the book with the creative team’s departure.
7. WIZARD MAGAZINE #200
