I've still hundred's of new patterns to list, so if you can't find what you are looking for in my store, don't hesitate to contact me and I will try to find what you are looking for first.

It will be easier to know what you want rather than try to guess what everyone is interested in and what ones to list first.

All my patterns are brand new and come directly from my suppliers who represent all these pattern designers. You will find all your favorites and even some you have probably never even heard of yet. The variety of styles, techniques and information is absolutely huge and I'm sure you will find exactly what you are looking for.

I currently have 2 fantastic suppliers who have been working with me for well over 2 1/2 years now and I'm in the process of adding another popular and extremely well known supplier that I'm sure you will all be thrilled to have access to - Martha Pullen.

Many of my items are shipped directly by my US supplier to you allowing me to keep my prices lower and hopefully help to cut down on shipping time as well.

Now, although this is the case the majority of the time, there are the occassional items that can end up temporarily out of stock and although they are reordered immediately, it can take a couple of weeks to receive replacements.

So, please try to be patient if something you have ordered is temporarily out of stock as it will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. All back orders are shipped first before any new orders are shipped so you will be sure to receive your order as soon as possible.

If you feel you are unable to wait for your order until it is restocked, please feel free to let me know and I will definately refund your money immediately, no questions asked.

We do the best we can to keep all orders in stock, however if we miscalculate the popularity of an item, we can be left with an item that is temporarily out of stock, regardless of how hard we try to stay ahead of them and avoid running out.

Why not take a few minutes to check out what I have already listed and see if there is anything you might be interested in or if there is something you would like to see included now rather than later.

As this store has been created with you in mind, I am always open for suggestions. I will answer all your questions or concerns as quickly as possible. If you don't have a reply within 2 days, please resend your question as I may not have received it.

Occassionally, some emails can go astray or be blocked by the server even if I have allowed them through. It is just a glitch in the system and nothing we can do anything about either. Please know that I am not ignoring you, I most likely didn't even know that you send an email in the first place.

This also applies to emails that I have sent to you. If you find you don't receive an answer, be sure to contact me and let me know as my reply may be floating in cyberspace somewhere and I won't even be aware of the problem.

I am also here to answer any of your smocking & heirloom sewing questions as possible. If you are having trouble with one of your projects, let me know and I'll try to help you out. If I can't answer your questions, you can rest assured that I have other designers that are more than willing to help out as well.

So, there you have it. Check out my store and see if there is anything you like or perhaps there is something you would like to see included. As I am currently working on updating the store and rewriting a lot of the listings as well, now would be the best time to send your input and suggestions. My store is all about you and for you, so why not become a part of it while it is in the development stages....

I'll watch for your opinions, questions and suggestions as they will be the basis for the development of my store. I hope you like what you see so far.

I am currently working on updating my s/h fees, so you will not a credit on your invoices for anything that you purchase that is still listed with the old rates. I hope this will help many of you who find that the old rates are rather high, but by changing the rates, you will also need to check out the insurance section as well.

I am no longer able to replace items that are lost in shipping if you don't take out the insurance on your purchases, however, even though many of the items have reduced rates, you will find that insurance is included free of charge in many of the orders that may not have had the ins. previously. So, please take a few minutes to read the terms of my listings before you pay for your item so that there you can have your questions answered before you make your payment.

To read up on the currents rates and insurance policies, check out some of the listings below. Even though there are many items that still need to be updates, the current rates apply to all listings regardless. Go ahead, take a few minutes to check things out and let me know if you have any questions.

You will also note that I will not ship any orders to the U.K. or Australia without insurance. If you are not willing to pay for the s/h fees to these areas, please do not place an order.
