I just bought a Scott Speedster this August. I love it so far. I previously rode a Bianchi '96 Premio for a couple of years, and though I miss it, I absolutely LOVE the new Scott.

Now i have to choose.... but i would have to go by discipline, for the track it would be Cannondale, Trek for the road, and Voodoo for cross.

Trek Madone 5.2SL with full Dura-ace.... The bike is way faster than I will ever be, but I absolutely love this bike.

1990 Bottecchia. lugged steel with Columbus SPX tubing. Campy Chorus group. You won't be seeing it on Ebay any time soon ;-)

Felt F2C road
Jamis Supernova, cross
Jamis Dakar Cross Country Expert, Mtb., I will be selling some dual control hydraulic integrated brake/shifters soon on Ebay if anyone is interested (Shimano XT, nice shape.)
I like them all but I'm thinking about titanium for my next road bike, maybe a "Seven".

Cannondale are serious bikes.
I really like Jamis, low profile brand, lets the bikes do the talking.
Felt are ok.
Bianchi are classic.

Those are my favorite.

Oh yeah and Fuji

Motobecane, don't knock it till you've tried it. For the money they are a nice ride and I beat alot of other brands in the Tour De Okinawa but lost to other brands as well but man was it a good time. Motobecane has an all carbon frame to cheap that my friend loves and bought last years model for 1200 with either Ultegra or Dura Ace.
