Repairing DANISH MODERN furniture straps

I have a few chairs that have worn out straps that support the seat cushions. These straps are a rubber-like elastic material. Does anyone know where to buy new straps or possible suggestions for repair. I am worried about stapling webbing as a replacement and would prefer something more authentic.
Thanks!

frogfolks: You can contact any of your local reupholster shops and ask them to make you the lengths of rubber strapping you require; most straps of this type have metal clips at either end and upholstery shops will gladly finish the straps with these clips. The type of straps and clips are nearly identical to the old ones and will retain the original look. Plus, it's not as expensive as you may think. Good luck with your project!
