I have posted/listed a purse 3 times, it keeps getting canceled. It is a Louis Vuitton, and the reason is a violation, I got on live chat, they told me to take the name out of the title, I did...Still canceled...Im going crazy, I emailed the team that does listings and they told me I need to prove its an original...I dont have a receipt...I feel targeted, I dont want pity, just please tell me someone what to do...IT IS REAL...2 weeks ago I sold one, a Louis Vuitton, with the name in the title, NO PROBLEMS...I no longer use this designer, I changed to a different one....SOMEONE PLEASE HELP....thank you, Holly
First off, where are you getting your bags? You may actually be trying to sell fakes and just not know it. All of the major designers, LV, Coach, Tiffany and Co. etc all have people that scour Ebay and from time to time and if they spot what they know as faux, they have the listings removed. Make sure you have a reliable and guaranteed source to back up your bags in case you run into a problem. Also, do you use Paypal? That's kinda buyer protection. Ebay may feel better about you listing an item that carries a brand name if you use paypal. ( buyers can easily file a claim with Paypal if they purchase a counterfiet bag) You may also just need to get verified.
I've had the same type pf problem with my listings this week. They are mostly USED designer men's shoes, but I've spent most the week talking to Live Help because I am not able to edit my listings. The Trust and Safety team said it's nothing specific to my account, there is nothing they can do about it. I offered to mail/fax certificates of authenticity for the items but they didn't want them. They did not say anything to me about having to take the designers name out of the title though.
well I thank you both that have replied....Ive still got the beautiful bag, but will not post it again....bttrfly228---This is what happened to me...Its overwhelming because we know we can get good money for our items....I kinda felt targeted, I know thats nonsense, but never the less..... has anyone got ideas how to sell this?
Hi Holly, try checking out authentic forum, you can find it on my about me page. Registration is free, and you should have no problem posting a listing there. They require Paypal, which you have so thats not a problem, and just post alot of pictures so your LV can be authenticated on the forum. I hope this helps!
