Perhaps go to a designer outlet, try to find some good deals, and sell those deals on e-bay. Do your homework though. Watch the purses that are moving and those that aren't.
As with any business, make a plan. In order to take advantage of tax breaks you may need an occupational license. You will want a method of keeping records, and a clear plan for cost/profits. Remember that ebay will begin reporting to the IRS in 2010, just a few months away. You will want to consult a tax professional to find out how much you are allowed to make without a federal ID#, and this could guide you on some of the other decisions.
