Please see the pictures. I have been reading and i think if i read correctly that the C should be align, or am i wrong? If im wrong please teach me how to recognize a fake one. Thanks
Myimposter...where should you return to school? Hmm...let me think... Maybe Charm School? Is there a school to learn how to stop being such a hateful person? Maybe Anger Management would help.
You contribute so much to this neighborhood. Thanks for stopping in. There is a lot to be learned by your comments, that's for sure.
Myi, Thanks! IS there one you know of? I am looking for a Coach School! - maybe an online University course!? That's why I wanted to KNOW how long it took Daria!
I'd love Coach school!! How fun would THAT be? Legacy stripes on the walls...a creed over the door.....dreamy....!I'd wear a different Coach bag every day. You KNOW it!.....ohhh..but is it expensive?
MaxandMindy, I have NO didea how much time I've spent learning about Coach, although "Too @&!$*% much" would be my husband's answer. I've probably looked at at least 10,000 Coach photos and listings though, have a small collection of old catalogs, and have at least one or two Gigs on my computer clogged up with Coach pics and info. And I'm just scratching the surface, no way would I ever consider myself an expert.
Hmmm, Coach school sounds like fun though. Doctorates in Sonomas, PhD's in Pebbled Leathers. Grad theses on the correct number of stitches in the various "species" of Sabrinas...
Official school uniform would have to be shirts based on the original Mexican-inspired stripes Bonnie Cashin used in her purses for linings, maybe paired with pants or skirts made with the "ticking stripe" from the late 80s and 90s that's being re-used in some of the Bonnie bags. Anyone who breaks a rule or has to do the Coach College version of Detention has to wear a shiny pee-yellow acetate smock with the infamous fake "Mini-C" pattern on it.
That's funny Daria. You mean the fake bag lining fabric? Perfect punishment! Agreed!
You should seriously consider writing a book - seriously. I'll bet it would do well.I'd buy a book with a pictorial history of Coach, That would be so cool.
Even if I had the time and energy AND help and permission from Coach to write a book, I wouldn't. Too much of that information would just be used by counterfeiters to make better fakes. That's why at any forum where I post, I don't go into detail about how I know something's fake unless it's something completely obvious like a misaligned C pattern on a standard Sig item.
It's much more satisfying reporting the fakes sellers and putting a serious crimp in their business.
