I just thought id let everyone know on Tuesday I won my pp claim! Full refund.
then the seller msgs me she wants the purse back and shes awaiting it.
I told her I dont have it COACH NYC has it and I doubt there going to send a fake item back to her, and its up to her to contact them to find out.
So I left her negative to warn others because she was horrible, I listed so many things that were wrong with it ( bought without educating myself first) trusted the seller. She wouldnt even respond the the PP claim.
She of course left me negative because I left her one.
I dont think thats fair because i paid right away, and tried for a refund before I even filed the claim.
I won my PP claim also! I received all my money back also! I'm just waiting for the ball to drop and my seller do the same thing to me as was done to you! Of course they needed to have negative feedback! I (like you) don't see why we should receive negative feedback. I paid instantly and have a 100% feedback! She will screw that up if she leaves negative! Can't you reply to their comment once they have left a negative?

At least it affected her worse then you Sally. She is only a 97% ans it will take her another 25 positives to change that. I also feel that in these cases in selling fake merchandise sellers should not be able to leave any feedback. Esp. since it was proven by a higher authority.
Ya I followed up on the neg she left me, its in my feedback now.
Its still worth it to me though because at least I can warn others. Like Coach Nyc confirmed it was fake, what more does she want? She still swears up and down its real and her friend would of never given her a fake lol!
I firmly believe the shoes shes selling arent real either.

I left negative feedback a long time ago, about the time I escalated the claim...i knew it was fake (after a nice member e-mailed me) I didn't want anyone else to go through this with her! she has two negatives now and only one positive....i bet shes done seller! GOOD!
