I listed a D&B bag for a friend of mine, and just got an e-mail from a very nice eBay member suggesting that I ask you guys (the experts) if you can authenticate the bag. She seemed to think that it was probably a knockoff. I suspect she may be right (my friend picked the bag up at a yard sale ... yeah, I know ... but she insists that it looks like "good leather" to her).

I don't want to hurt my friend's feelings, but I don't want to ruin my eBay reputation either. If you guys think this bag is a fake, I'll amend my listing to tell buyers that it's not authentic.
