Won a Dooney auction and it was not only fake but damaged. Seller says she claimed neither real or fake so I should have known from the pics. She also said she would give me a refund but less shipping. Im not paying for shipping both ways on a fake bag. I filed a claim with Paypal and its in review. Is there any legal action I can take against this seller for fraud or something?
