I'm trying to find out which exhaust manifolds are better for imports, are the cast iron manifolds more durable than the steel tube styles, as far as cracking. And which style disipates the heat better or faster?

I've been told by more than a few people that the cast iron ones are the way to go.
As far as dissapating heat, a ceramic coating would work quite well.
