I have a duplex in a great intercoastal town 20 miles south of Daytona ...no work for renters so no tenents.....am thinking about listing it as a short term vacation place.........anybody have any thoughts on do I need a license? Special insurance? can I rent it for $200 a week complete ready to live in......what do you think

I'm no expert, but I dont think you need a license..... you have a great location for vacationers..... you can probobly get more per week...... have you heard of craigslist.com?? It's a free advertising website......list it there, and they will come...lol....seriusly though, my family from mass comes for the races every year, u also have people that will rent for bike week... ect... on top of vacationers for the winter..... good luck, be safe in this journey we call life. //(*_*)\\
I would say find out...although it does sound like a great idea...you should still find out about the ins and outs of renting...Make sure you make a good week lease incase you get screwed over. "GOOD LUCK" Also indeed you've gotta check out craigslist..it is Awsome..lol. Betsy
