I recently purchased a truck to be a tow vehicle the guy i bought it from completely mess this truck up so i am attempting to fix most of the problems.

The engine in it is a 1989 out of some type of camper is there a simple way to tell the 370(only used in camper type stuff) from the 429 or 460?

once i know for sure what i have i might bve able to fix it
