too many greats out there,, the GT 40 and the ford GT are both awsome, all the older crown Vick's, and the 70 boss 429 is just beutiful, But a chop top 49 50 merc is by far an eye catching heart stopper as well, I have 5 very different fords myself and dad has more cars then me ( including a 100 hp flat head 46 p-up and a 1 owner 65 mustang with a nine inch 4sp and 289 hp all original.. so I cannot say there is one all time great, it's like pickin' the best apple in washington... ;-)
It would have to be my 1959 Fairlane. It had a 351 Mercury bored .30 over, and 2 four barrel carbs, mild cam, headers and fairly quiet flow through mufflers. It looked pretty stock. I Surprised many a Corvette and hot rod when the traffic light turned green. It's long gone now, but I still miss it.
