I installed an aftermarket upper and lower Cobra R Intake Manifold to my 50 GT Mustang. It starts right up, but won't idle and runs very rich. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

did you change the injectors? if so you need to update the ecm . make sure all vaccum line are connected and there are no vaccum leaks on the new manifold asmb.also may need to adjust fuel preasure.

You Mustang computer is set to a stock "HO" intake. By changing just the upper and lower you may run into problems. Along with the Cobra intake the Cobra's also have 24lbs injectors, 65mm throttle body, and 65mm mass air. If you are getting to much gas you could start by upgrading your mass air to a 65mm or 73mm. This might help your car breath a little better. Good luck.
