As many years as I've been on eBay selling high dollar items & low dollar items, I can tell you that not many people come to eBay searching for, "Buy It Now" items, in fact, many search by, "auction only" including me so they can feel like their getting a deal, or setting the deal. Unless you have an eBay store & can list the item for a month, listing small dollar items with a "Buy it now" for a week won't work unless your selling it super super super cheap. All my auctions are, "No Reserve" auctions starting at .99 cents. eBay buyers will not typically let an item go under FMV (fair market value) if listed properly. 1st research your item on eBay by "ending soonest" & see what others are getting, you may be asking for too much, or asking the same amount as someone with higher feedback. High feedback brings higher money. Seasoned eBay shoppers & auction snipers are smart & will search for no reserve auctions hoping to cash in a great win which will start bidding wars on your item(s). You also need to list your item at night between 8pm-10pm so it ends at night when most people are home to bid. Lastly, take many clear pics so their comfortable with buying it & post them within your page using HTML. Many people tell me "Man, your listing that $600 item at .99 cents with no reserve, what if it sells for .99 cents?" lol....That never happens, I get FMV every time. With the millions of eBay buyers searching for deals every second of the day, they would never allow someone to walk away with out a bidding war. Good Luck
