"I tried all the ... basic ways." It would help to know what you have used.

LESS WATER, rotenone powder or spray, clove of garlic in each plant???

One possible answer being putting all your plants in a large garbage bag with one of those hang-able bug traps that they they use to kill flies. Close up the bag for the night and retrieve the next day. This may have to be repeated at least every three or four days for a week or so.

A light ammonia spray might also work. Good luck.

I agree. A light ammonia spray, or diluted Neem oil, and it won't dry out your plants.

You must get rid of the problem then the bugs will leave. I believe ortho has a chemical that kills fungus. Its called fuguex or something like that. I do not recommend less water. Water your plant as needed. Less water may may make your plant weaker and more susceptable to other diseases. Also keep them away from healthy plant till you sole the problem to prevent the spread of disease. Goodluck and hope this helps some. Feel free to sign my guess book. You would be the first.
