I have up for auction a Hero Fruit Jar Company with the mark 1858 on it. Does anyone know how rare these jars are?

That is a lovely jar, I don't know anything about jars, but have you tried putting something dark inside the jar to take the pictures. Beans maybe, it will show of the detail on the jar for you.
