Learning About Glass, Esp. Indiana Glass

While I know what I like in glass pieces, I am not really knowledgable about glass. Now, however, I am trying to learn about glass, especially Indiana glass. My uncle's (by marriage) mother passed away last month and my uncle has asked me to sell some of her things in my Ebay store. While I'm very comfortable with the jewelry, I find myself a bit lost in with her glass pieces. I've been researching for a week, just trying to get my feet wet, but one thing I'm confused about is Indiana Glass. Since I sell mostly jewelry (well, when I'm left to my own devices and selling what I enjoy - it seems more and more I'm selling things for others), I'm used to jewelers marks, letting me know who a designer or maker of a piece is. How do you know if a piece of glass is Indiana Glass? Are there marks? I know there was a real Indiana Glass company, but I wonder if it also stands for a style?

If anyone has time to educate me, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make sure I do the best job for my uncle that I can. I'm also going to spend a couple of days looking through past posts here in the neighborhood as well as on other boards here on Ebay. I have checked the Indiana Glass website. I've listed an auction number that is identical to one of the pieces I have to sell.

Thanks!

Indiana glass is a brand not a type. the best website I have found for it is:

http://indianaglass.carnivalheaven.com/

It is wonderful for showing you the actual pieces. I collect the heritage red. I know of no makers mark on it.
