Hi, I just bought a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLE and wonder if anyone has tried any of the power programmers out there like the Flashpaq or Hypertech. Also has anyone installed a different air intake system and noticed an improvment. I will be using this truck to tow my 16 foot bumper pull stock trailer, and general use. Thanks! Chris

not yet but I hear hypertech is really good , for the air I just use a K&N air filter and I get like 1/16th of a mpg better on my 05 gmc 2500 HD

You didn't say if you were diesel or gas??

I have the Dmax diesel in my 2003 2500HD and use the Edge Attitude tuner unit - like the added performance for towing - don't notice much mileage improvement - ~ 12mpg pulling my 33' TT and 20 - 21 mpg solo.
