I have been sidelined with a broken arm and have been watching old packer games. I was wondering what is your favorite non playoff packer game of all time?
Useful Funny
Hmmm - for me it would be the "white out" game vs. the Bucaneers when the Bucs still had the white/orange uniforms. I was in college and my Dad gave me and a friend his tickets.....it was really fun in the stands and the Bucs were literally invisible! Not really a monumental moment in sports - but a favorite memory all the same.

One game that sticks to mind is the 94 "Halloween Game" Monday night against the bears. Gale force winds and rains made play almost impossible. Of course Pack went on to win 33-6. They also wore those mustard colored Throwback uniforms. Remember??

Wow, there are sooooo many. For the recent era with Farve at the helm I'd have to say it was in Oakland the night after his father died. That was a very emotional, almost magical game to watch. I know it was in Dec, 03 on Monday night Football. Brett threw for almost 400 yards and had four touchdowns. The Packers won something like 41 to 6 or 7.

Then a few weeks later, in Green Bay the game against Seattle. Farve put the game into overtime in the last few seconds. Seattle won the overtime toss and Hasselbeck (Farve's former backup) said something like "we want the ball and we are going to score" then he threw an interception which GB returned for the winning TD.

Of course, watching the 1960's Lombardi-Starr, Krammer, Nitscke, etc, etc, Packers are always a LOT of fun.

The is a great book titled Green Bay Replay written by Dick Schaap (former sports writer and someone who knew several players from both eras) that compares the two teams. I have written a review of the book which you can get to at the bottom of our ME page.
