A tour??? Hmmm....that would be awesome hu? It has been stated that the band will be returning to the studio in January/08 (yes,please) ....Soooo....it`s not likely that we will all be hearding in like happy cattle to see them anytime soon....Maybe sometime in 09 ...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..........Hey, thats great about the self induced guitar lessons !!!!!!!!!! ( From the "best of" selection I would think Good Riddance or maybe Minority would be a little tricky) I tried to teach myself to play guitar...Couldn`t do it...Maybe if I hadn`t started out with steel strings....OUCH........:)
I learned to play Good Riddance, Minority, Blvd Of Broken Dreams, American Idiot, Long Veiw, Basket case, Whatsername, Novacane, Blood, Sex, Boose, Brain Stew, Warning, and Hitchin' A Ride. Ya! steel strings are tough to learn on, but the more you do it the less it hurts. Hang in there you'll get it.
well, if you learn how to play Knowledge at least ^
as for the tour, chances are the album will be released in fall/winter 2008, spring 2009 at the latest. Then they'll go off on tour. the only tour setback would be that Mike's girlfriend is now...well over 5 months pregnant. which means a baby is due around the time they'd be touring. we'll see.
