Any thoughts on good places to research before buying or selling Gymboree?

Where are the best places to do the research to find out what sizes and what lines have the most searches? Also when a new line comes out how do you know what the hot sellers are before they are sold out? I have heard it is the clothes Gymboree puts at the top of the new lines. Is there any truth to that?
Thanks!!! Paula

Hi!

I do not sell clothes but I look daily on Gymboree site.

I noticed that the clothes that sell the best Ebay are the clothes that are bought at the full price Gymboree site before they are reduced.

When some of the sizes are missing at the full price (if there was no tempory reduction like "spring breaks, jingle bell" ) it is a good sign!

A good example is the Kid Girl Pink Crop Silk Jacket (Ice Cream Social).

Good luck,
Catherine.

Hi, Thanks for the helpful info Catherine. I will have to watch the Gymboree site a lot closer. I have bought a lot of how to sell info but I don't seem to buy the "right things". Plus I think a lot of other people bought the same information that I did and there is a lot of competition.
A couple of years ago I heard about a site that you had to pay to find out what was selling well. It was not just for kids clothes. It included a lot more things. I don't think it was terapeak or hammertap but it could have been.
Your idea is FREE.

Thanks Again,
Paula

Yes, it is a lot of competition selling Gymboree. It's a bit nutty if you ask me, because a lot of sellers are selling these guides and there are a lot of sellers on ebay selling Gymboree already. It's not easy, and I constantly watch the top sellers, they are slowing down too, because after all this is ebay and people are looking for a bargain.
good luck :)

ok, about what sells well: look at the completed listings, no one has the magic ball, and all sellers make mistakes, but if you wait until an item is not available anywhere anymore, not even on ebay, it will sell for more. And Catherine is right. But it is very time consuming! And sometimes you won't find in the stores what is gone on line, either :( Or you find very little of it :(
Good luck!
