I love gymboree, I don't live near a store and so I thought ebay would be the place to go, but....I am SO wary of buying on ebay, my question is how do you kow if a gymboree item is from an outlet???
Useful Funny
The tag is a little different. Gymboree retail store tags are red on one side. Outlet tags are all white, front and back.

You can always ask the seller. In my store I have only one item from an outlet, and it even says that in the listing.

Hope this helps!!

The outlet tags have orange lettering and orange dots beside the Gymoboree name. If you are not sure if it is an outlet piece, make sure to ask before bidding or buying. If they don't answer, don't buy. You want to make sure that you are buying from someone who handles customer care seriously.

Make sure to check out the person's feedback rating and feedback comments left by other buyers.

Ebay can be scary at first, but there are some good deals to be had, and there are good sellers out there. Best of Luck with your shopping! Feel free to check out my store. I have lots of Gymboree and have 100% feedback.

Most people state if the item is from outlet. I would say the bulk of Gymboree on Ebay is not outlet- outlet does not sell as well. Good luck!!

HI;
I agree with the other sellers, check the feedback first. If you feel nervous, just buy from someone that offers returns. some sellers get negative feedback because they try to pass outlet items for regular Gymboree. Personally, I do not buy from outlets, so I don't sell outlet items. I've never been to an outlet store. Most sellers are honest, check the feedback and see who you feel confortable with. You will find great deals on ebay, so it may be worth it.
I mostly sell, rearely buy anything on ebay because I feel like you do, but sometimes I do have other seller that sell Gymboree but need something they don't have and they buy from me. Now for example, I am looking for a bathing suit for my daugher bec. I couldn't find it myself in her size, so I may end up buying it from another seller. :)
Just be careful, some ebayers will try to sell wholesale lots that have pieces that don't match in them, so ask for pictures or see what others said about their lots first.
Good Luck :)

Gymbohaven.com has all the lines with pictures from Gymboree and I do believe it has a wide selection of the outlet items too. Check there for the clothing you are bidding on. :) Hope this helps.

The Outlet tag is white and orange. However, I shop both the outlet store and the regular store and I think they have equal quality clothing. Actually the outlet even adds pieces from each line that are specific to the outlet only. They are not seconds or irregulars. They are new items manufactured the following year after a line was released at the regular store. If you have never been to an outlet or purchased outlet clothing then you are surely missing out! I purchase clothing for my daughter at the end of each season from the regular store in advance for the following year and I can add items I didn't get to my collection from the outlet!! :0) They have great employees willing to help and are set up and look EXACTLY like a regular Gymboree Store. I hope this helps! :0)

Also, if you are buying Gymboree from Ebay to resell. Don't buy the wholeslae lots people are selling unless they have photos of EXACTLY what you are getting. A lot of them say you will get a mix of items and the pictures are a SAMPLE of what they have. I bought a large lot from someone and it was a lot of items I think they couldn't sell. Lots of solid color turtlenecks and tops. Plus size items and they gave me $150 of free accessories. The accessory lot was almost all solid colored tights!!!!!!!! One of the tops has an ink pen mark on the front and a couple of the items were missing the tags. You live and you learn!
