Not one bit. They sold out long ago. That is my very strong opinion. I stick to music like Hank III, Supersuckers, David Allan Coe, Motorhead, Megadeth... good music ;)
Hell yeah, I am! mostly the Cliff Burton years though, ya know, before they went mainstream. However, Death Magnetic is a pretty good album. Too bad no one knows how good the album is b/c the label chose the worst song on the album to be the radio single. The Day That Never Comes is a song so bad that it sounds like it was actually cut from St. Anger, the worst album of all time to masquerade as metal.
Metallica sucks. I will admit they do have talent, BUT THEY HAVE NO TASTE. They are like hillbillys. I wish them and kid rock, nickle back, M&M,i.c.p., white strips would just die. I'm in michigan and this white trash pride thing is way out of hand. It's like something from south park. year of the living rednecks. I like indie rock & 70's 80's punk.
Yes, Metallica is a great metal band. no doubt about it,they also can play real well. But i like alot of metal. I went to see Iron Maiden last year and Heaven and Hell too.
