Between our father's estate and our own collection, here are some of the gems we are parting with. I especially like the Lossing prints of the Hudson (I can't find ANY more info on those) , and the signed book on Lizzie Borden, which was signed RIGHT AT THE BORDEN HOUSE!!

The book on Lincoln is very different, with a more realistic than idealistic account of the man behind the suit.

I also love how the Japan book talks of the "up and coming country", if they could see it now!!

RE: The Lizzie Borden Book. I'm originally from Brockton, Mass. (about 12 miles from Fall River), so I'm curious which book you have. My former history professor at Bridgewater State College, Dr. Jordan Fiore was a Lizzie Borben expert and was frequently called upon to comment on any books about Lizzie.
