Hello and Welcome I found it helpful to first sell a few items so you can build up your feed back score before you start selling.
Alot of times you will see an item and the seller won't even let you bid on it unless you have at least 10 or more feedback ratings so when it comes to selling and you have only a few ratings most buyers will pass you up or you may get a bid or two but most of the times it will stay low. You stated you are buying on Ebay I would wait on selling anything right now untill I have some positive feedback Hope This helps and Good Luck on Ebay.
