I have a 95 Honda Civic EX that will not pass smog and am tired of trying to figure it out.

Recently installed a 1.5L rebuilt V Tech Engine (spring 2006) but only have 40 miles on engine.

Has coil over suspension, body is in fair condition.

Would be good vehicle for parts or someone with more enthusiasm than I to fix it up.

Will be sold AS IS is with written acknowledgement of BUYER taking smog certification responsibility.

Is currently registared with DMV as NON OP vehicle.
