i bought a 1.6 zc motor from japan and interested in ztec for it what does it take to do i know i need a vtec head complete do i need a new computer or anything else

I am pretty sure that you cannot vtec a ZC motor. The ZC motor is a D series and vtec is B series. The B series head will not fit the ZC block. Your best bet is a turbo.
