THE DEVIL'S REJECTS is pretty grotesque in every way but also has touches of wit and/or/humour/absurdity. Good ending, too.

I love the real sick films i.e SNUFF 102, AUGUST UNDERGROUND TRILOGY, MEN BEHIND THE SUN SERIES, GUINEA PIG SERIES, SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS ect... the films that make Saw and Hostel look like an episode of Mr.Rogers

I would have to say The Cannibal Holocaust, very gory and kinda nasty. I also really like Hostel, Turistas, the Saw movies, 28 Days Later, and 28 Weeks Later.
