Hello all!

In other posts I ahve mentioned I started collecting SERIOUSLY in 2003, I have a large collection dating from '96-2008.
I only have started pricing/valuing my collection from 2004 on... I primarily use the Lee's Toy Review. Its decent but sometimes lacking. I have emailed new variations and such but have not received word back from them. Now if they just put it in the quide and thats that... great... but I do not always see a change in the guide to reflect my suggestion even with a photo showing the variation?
What are some other good resources for collectors to use to evaluate their collections?

I am familiar with Mike Zarnock, matter of fact he is a friend on my Myspace Page. (No, I do not really know him...nor is he an ACTUAL friend... lol)
Is tomarts still a source? Every time I go to the site... it doesnt seem like it is.

Anyway... your info would be most appreciated.

Thank you

Who do I trust for HW values? eBay. The "Completed Listings" are real-world pricing, what folks actually shelled out. Also, shows where HWs are sold. Not so much what the vendors are asking, but what the public is paying, so keep your eyes and ears open when you go. Values listed in Lee's, etc., are generally "composite estimates" based on information gleaned from shows, flea markets, brick&mortar stores, e-vendors, etc. You could call such values "MSRPs", just like the sticker price of a new car. And we all know you never pay MSRP. Have fun.
