Hello sellers,
I work very hard as everyone else to keep my customers happy.
Today I received my 1st negative feedback .I have a policy which clearly states that items can be returned within 3 days This buyer realizes after 11 days that she want s to return as it was a careless decision something of this sort has happened before a few times on her profile too dropping her rating.
E bay won't do anything in this regard even though buyer is on mistake here to change this .If Idon't set my policies people return all the abused and used stuff whenever the feel like.
Please help me if anyone knows anything I can do?
