Hi, Just wondered if any of you who use Auctiva to list on ebay are having problems with your gallery pictures showing up in ebay searches. Auctiva startes having problems on Sunday the 20th, and none of my pics showed up, and now only the gallery pics aren't showing up in the searches. The fix posted on the message boards at Auctiva is not working, anyone have any problems or luck fixing them? Thanks !
I saw the other posts, but this is a gallery pic issue, and that affects my items in a search. check your listings to make sure your gallery pic is showing up, this is still affecting many peeps.
I got several messages from ebay stating that they were having trouble with finding gallery pictures for some of my listings, but when I clicked on the link provided the images showed up just fine.
I recently had a problem paying a seller...The auction invoice redirects you to Auctiva... however, after about 5 minutes waiting and numerous attempts to reach the page unsucessfully, I decided to log into PayPal and transfer money to the seller though her email address. This has happened to me on two different occasions with two different sellers.
Seems no one is having this problem, but if you are, i just foudn a post on the Auctiva communisty news board and here is what you can do if your auctiva hosted gallery pics are not showing up in searches:
If anyone is still having problems with missing gallery images after the Amazon glitch I've just received a fix from eBay. It is as follows; 1. Go to the auction page of your listed item ( on ebay) 2. Click Site Map (top right hand corner) 3. Select 'Change Your items Gallery Image' 4. Enter the item number....and then simply follow the ensuing instructions. All done in a moment.
This worked for me and my gallery pics are finally showing up. what a hassle!
I can not even get the auctiva website to come up now? Am I the only one? I have sent an email to support but have heard nothing. When I look at my auctions there is nothing that even says Auctiva anymore?? Just me??
