I have knitted since the early 60's and have made everything from childrens items to afghans and doll clothes. But in the process of moving several times I have lost the one pattern which I would like to have the most. It is for puppet mittens which I made for my children. If anyone knows of where I could find (and purchase) this I would be so grateful.
I wish I could help you here, but I only have patterns for banners (which can be used with other pieces to make blankets), Letter Square (used with other pieces to make blankets, or pillows) and large blankets. I write the patterns to put names, or pictures on blankets. Please check out my sales and tell me what you think please. I'll keep my eyes out for puppet mittens and let you know if I see them.
If you go to Leisiure arts library.com and go under children, there is a book of puppet mittens for 3.99, not sure if these would be what you would be looking for. you can also find some patterns on websites doing a search under puppet mittens to knit or crochet.
I searched on www.ravelry.com for 'puppet mittens'. They have both a thumb and a pinky? With faces. I think they are cute- but not sure if they're what you're looking for... They had several patterns listed. Hope it helps! -P
