I am looking for the sword and sheath that affixed to the belt of the US Army Officers Dress Blues in 1967. Can anyone help me locate one?

Would a Model 1902 Saber fit your needs ? Its a US Army Cavalry officers saber. I also have a model 1905 NCO's saber. I have the sheaths for both types. Ripley

I think the Army allows officers to wear swords that are current army issue only or their custom counterparts (private purchase) that conform to specs. What I do know for sure is that an Army commissioned officer including warrant officers may not wear a non-commissioned officer's sword, a cadet's sword or officer's sword from another branch of service. Refer to Army Uniform Regulations because even the scabbards, knots and belts are covered by strict specs.
