My agency issues us a H&K UPS Expert 40 Cal handgun for a carry weapon. Safariland custom made duty holsters for out agency, Sheriff's Office in South Florida. As far as we are told we are the only agency to have the H&K USP Experts issued to us. I use to carry a Beretta Model 96; however, now the H&K is the only way to go. A little big, but worth the size and money $1000.00 plus.....Any feedback welcome
Didn't know that any department was issuing the HK now, I knew that a few had issued the P7 squeeze cocker for a while. I've owned a USP 40 Compact and a USP 45.. Both shoot very well. Excellent pistols, just very expensive, Which is proabbly why more departments don't issue them..
My S.O. authorized the HK USP .45 with a level 3 retention holster. I carried one in the service, qualified with it at the Academy and brought it to the S.O. Leather gear came from Galls.
