I think you should list them seperately, as people normally don't need these gears all at once. M6 TTL usually priced over $1000, and final price varies according to the condition and accessories. I have been watching some of these auctions as I'm planning to sell my M3 and buy a M6. The lenses should have a good price since they are ASPH and APO. You can search on ebay to get a rough idea. Normally if your picture shows that your item is in good condition, the final price wouldn't let you down.
