If you still have the property, try offering terms and financing the balance. If you offer terms . . . be sure to get at least 20% down payment to protect yourself.
Loans are not easy to get and are expensive in Peru.
This technique of selling works well if you own the property and do not have large bank loans.

Also, possibly interested myself. I'm an American, but know the area and also have some properties in the South East US, I would consider trading under the right circumstance.
