The points are close between the top two. I've been cheering for Bubba, but I have a feeling that Reed will take it. Bubba, I think is the fastest guy currently racing, but fast only counts if you don't have a wreck. I'm sure that Villapoto won't make it into the top 3 this year. Andrew Short will take it this year. I'm not sure if Villapoto will have a chance for anything other than 3rd in the championship next year, unless Reed and Bubba each break a leg during the off season. It reminds me of the three-way with Reed, Bubba and Carmichael of years past. No one else had a chance at winning a podium...unless one of the big three took a soil sample or two. I'm hoping J-Law will go back to the 250 class for next year. He's scary fast, and if he can keep himself out of fist fights long enough to finish a season, he could easily win the West Lites class like he did last year. Then for 2011 he might be set for the 450 class, with a little more maturity under his belt. He's a hot-headed local boy with a lot of guts and mad skills, so I've got to keep rooting for him.
