getting unpaid strike for giving negative feedback

I fix motorcycles for a living and order most parts off of ebay. I recently ordered 3 parts from pinwall cycle. They sent me 2 junk items. Tried to contact a number of times so I gave them negative feedback on the 2 items. Now I have 2 unpaid strikes and have to waste my time to get them removed. Glad to have companies like this on ebay.
Useful Funny
Note: Sellers who falsely report Unpaid Items may have all credits for the time period in question reversed, lose the right to use the Final Value Fee Credit system for a period of time and/or be subject to suspension.
I would be sure to complain that this is a retalatory thing. Sellers like this will go down.

Stinks Glen...If you use Paypal if they judge in your favor during a dispute, they will reimburse you in full. I have done this. Regards Ms. Traci

I had a similar thing happen. I bought a set of handle bars and the guy measured them incorrectly. He admitted he made the mistake but he wanted to charge me $15.oo to restock them and he wanted me to pay for them to be shipped back to him. And then he said he would only refund me the balance of the money that I paid after he received them back. I filed a complaint with PayPal and got a full refund. After the refund I then sent him the bars. When PayPal refunded the money back to me out of his account he filed with eBay that I hand never paid him. It finally got cleared up but it was not a happy experince. I was thankful for PayPal!

I'd like to tell you that if you fight the good fight you will win if you're truthful, but that's not always the case here on eBay. Just try and see the thing through and hopefully you will get it cleared up.
