I tried an adult mystery auction just recently- it didn't go well. There wasn't a lot of traffic, I assume because as a mature audience item it didn't come up when people searched for "mystery auctions" and you can't take paypal with adult items. My winning bidder never paid & didn't respond to reminders. Good luck with yours though, hope it works out better.
