Whats everybody's opinion on the Rangers 2007-2008 Roster? They have added some great players and are looking to accomplish a lot this year. They need some work on their forechecking and need to tighten up defense. Anybodys voice is free to be heard.
They need to stop relying on Lundqvist and start scoring. They lost to a team that was 0-7 horribly. And Drury and Jagr don't work on the same line because they both want to shoot the puck and having them both on the same line doesn't work. Now, I love the Rangers and I'm a big fan but they can't get in the playoffs the way they are playing now.

I agree. Lundqvist has a losing record and is still a top five goalie in the league? A team can not make the playoffs without scoring goals. Drury and Gomez are putting points on the board but without Shanahan and Jagr we won't win many games. It is early but we need to get something going now. The shutout will help but we need more goals.
Yea i agree. Lundquist is one of the best goalies in the league right now, especially with goals against. Communication on the scoring lines has been horrible. They tighten up forechecking and been taking less penalties which is good cause they gave up a few 5 on 3's and even on the power play giving up shorthand goals. Hopefully avery will be back tonight, he always puts a big boost on the team. My opinion: 1. They need to dump and attack, alot of pressure on forecheck. 2. Put the puck on the net, cut down on the fancy passing, especially on the power play. 3. Give lundquist a break, he cant hold you together the whole season.
Don't worry the scoring will come. There's just too much talent on the team. Give them a little time to gel together and let the young guns figure out their spots. All great teams have always relied on great goaltending. E.G.- Richter '94. All Hail King Henry!
Go Rangers!! Young guns are coming together now! Girardi is playing 300% better than last year, Dub is getting comfortable now then he scored his first nhl goal and hes looking good. Dawes is playing great. Gomez is on a point streak. LETS GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!!!
YEA MAN!!!! Way to put Ottawa in their place. Rangers played great today. Although, middle of the 2nd period on they were a little sloppy and Ottawa was running the play. Thank Henrik for keeping them alive in the game. LETS GO RANGERS!!!
I cant believe the rangers. They have been playing pretty awful the last 4 games. Do you believe the year jagr is having (Horrible). I still cant understand how such great players like they have cant team up together. They should be scoring 4-5 goals a game. Big win vs pittsburgh coming up, maybe it will spark something!
