if it is an older 1342 caliber or similiar, it is a push in crown. Push in, the center of the crown, hold for 10 seconds, the seconds hand should stop. Release the crown, then quickly push in the crown again. The minutes hand should start to rotate as you hold it in. Hope this helps..
