on most fields they dont allow any kind of smoke or paint grenade that uses a flame to start but theyre are plenty of videos on youtube to show you how to make paint grenades and they are smoke grenades that use cool flame or something like that you can buy online for about 4-5$ a piece last for 60 sec plain white smoke
