The strange thing is I search and search franklin water color and nothing comes up. I have an original peice of artwork and on the back is the franklin water color seal and the numbers 6324 stamped in black. It is signed by Inez. There are two paintings of a redhead clown and a dog. One is titled Hans and Fritz, the other is Pepe and Pete. I can't find anything on the artist or clowns either. I hope that someone on here can help point me in the right direction.
