Treo 650 software will not install - Zire 72 software now compromised and doesn't work. Email help has had me download, delete, edit the registry. Phone help said they will do more research and call back in an hour (3 days ago). Does anyone here have a successful work around (PalmOne discussion sites don't have anything I have not already tried the past two weeks). Thank you for your time and consideration! Peggy
Hello Peggy, I believe that you should try removing all of the palm desktop software on your computer and installing only the Treo 650 software you should also check for updates for the Palm Desktop software. My desktop software works fine for me, and I have multiple devices on 1 computer.
