Unfortunately, the Treo 600 & 650 screens are not the same or interchangable. The treo 650 uses a 320x320 resolution screen while the treo 600 uses a 160x160 screen. The Treo 650 screen is only usable on the Treo 700 too. The Treo 680 uses a different screen which is compatible with the Treo 755.
