has anyone ever experienced a sexual demon and/or psychic attack ? has anyone ever felt to where you can not move from bed ? Also, feeling held down, unable to move or scream or even speak ? The only experiences I have at night are dreams in which my house is haunted and I'm plagued by spirits. I can't see or hear spirits or anything but I heard that if you have a dream where you're haunted it's like something is trying to get through to you. Sometimes I feel like I'm being watched but that's pretty much the extent of it.
I know exactly the feeling you are describing...and im not saying its not a visit for the other side causing this, but I do know that when we sleep our souls leave our bodies and go to the astral realm (astral travel ring a bell?). So, sometimes if we are trying to wake up physically, but our souls havent quite made it all the way back you can get a 'stuck' feeling, a 'floating' feeling, or even not be able to move. I recommend geting a book on astral travel or a spiritual book on sleep. They should help you understand.
HI, I'm a member of South Jersey Ghost Research. It sounds like you are describing sleep paralysis, which is more common than you may think. This may or may not have anything to do with paranormal activity, but rather something that many people experience (including myself).
